How a referral pays out

  1. 01 Submit Client name, destination, timeline. Fee terms are agreed in writing before anyone is contacted.
  2. 02 Introduced A licensed Florida advisor is assigned. You are copied on the introduction.
  3. 03 Track Tours, offer, under contract, inspection, closing: each milestone appears in your portal as it happens.
  4. 04 Upload once Referral agreement, W-9 and payout instructions, stored for every future referral you send.

What is the referral fee?
Agreed in writing between brokerages before your client is contacted, and shown in your portal from day one. [STATE YOUR STANDARD TERMS HERE.]
Do I need a Florida license?
No. You refer; a licensed Florida advisor represents the client. The fee is paid broker to broker under your referral agreement.
Can I see the client's contract or financials?
You see milestones and your own paperwork. The client's financial details stay between the client and their Florida advisor.
What if my client is only renting first?
Tenant referrals are welcome, and the relationship stays attributed to you if they buy later through Aroa.
